Refund Policy
Players who wish to withdraw must contact the CoMBA Administrator directly in by email prior to September 1st. Players who withdraw prior to September 1st will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. After September 1st no refunds will be issued.*
Other withdrawals with special circumstances (e.g. medical issues) will be dealt with on an individual basis.
* CoMBA has selected this deadline for 2 main reasons: 1) Team registration and league fees for each team are due to Calgary Minor Basketball Association shortly thereafter, and 2) CoMBA must pay the expenses related to the pre-booking of gym space. Consequently, CoMBA requires a firm commitment from members before such time that these fees/expenses are due in order that CoMBA can determine how many teams it will register and how much gym time it requires.
