FAQ Volunteers

1. Do you have to score keep and time keep at least 4 times per year unless your a board member, coach, or team manager?

• Yes

2. Do you have to score keep even if you paid the opt out fee of $150 per athlete registered?

• Yes

3. Do you need to volunteer and take on one of the roles the Team Manager is assigning?

• Yes unless you paid the $150 opt out fee per athlete you registered.

4. Is there a list of volunteers that opted out and paid made available to team managers?

• Yes there is.  If you paid the opt out fee please let your team manager know and ask them to check their list

5. Where do I find the descriptions of volunteer roles?

• On the website under CoMBA tab, you can find a tab named CoMBA Volunteer Descriptions

6. Do I need to volunteer if my registered athlete(s) is in Kodiaks?

• Yes

7. Do I need to volunteer if my registered athlete(s) is in Eagles?

• Yes

8. How do I know how much to Volunteer?

• On the website under CoMBA tab, you can find a tab named Volunteer Policy.  In the policy you will find all the information needed on the volunteer requirements.
