Clinics / Camps
The tabs under this menu include Clinics and Camps forwarded or promoted by fellow associations including Basketball Alberta. Cochrane Minor Basketball Association, neither sponsors, promotes, or subsidizes any of these camps and gains nothing by advertising these camps but a well developed and proactive membership. Ask questions, research qualifications of clinicias, find reviews, take a friend! Hard to imagine any hour with a basketball in hand could be anything by great!
If you are hosting a camp or clinic, or recommend a good one, forward the information to us and we will post it for you!

Shawnee's Fall Academy
Do you want to raise your game, improve your shooting, get more tools in your basketball toolkit? Are your frustrated when the plays or drills you have been working on in practice don't work in the game? Do you want to learn how to be a player rather than simply running a play? Do you want to learn how to "think the game" and understand exactly what you need to do in order to be effective on the court?
Come and join me at Shawnee's Fall Academy where I will teach you how to be a player in a way that you have never seen before. Whether you are just learning how to play or you are an experienced player, I will open your eyes and your mind to the intricacies of the game. My 26 years of coaching experience, including my current role as an Assistant Coach with our Canadian Olympic Team, guarantees that you will find my curriculum both unique and awesome! Nobody else teaches the game the way I do - I will show you how to become a player and truly understand how to "think the game."
Shawnee's Fall Academy runs every Tuesday
during the month of October and it includes boys and girls from Grade 6-12. Registration information is on my website: shawneeharle.com
